I absolutely adored the cozy and charming decor of Callow Lodge. The soft floral patterns and vintage furniture created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the lodge were also well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like me. It was such a delight to relax in the comfortable lounge and take in the stunning panoramic views of the Shropshire countryside.
One thing I would have appreciated for a better vacation for senior people would be if the children working there had provided more assistance with carrying luggage. It can be quite challenging for us older folks to handle heavy suitcases, especially up the stairs.

The view from the lodge was straight up fire, like something out of a movie. We hiked our butts off to the top and it was totally worth it. Plus, the lodge had mad space so we could all chill and not be on top of each other. The hosts were hella nice and made us feel right at home. It was like being in the middle of nowhere, but with all the dope amenities.
If I had to pick one thing, it would be that there wasn't much around for party animals like us. We had to drive a bit to find some lit nightlife, but hey, it's a rural area.
